Studio19 and Samick support a transferable warranty for all new Conover Cable pianos purchased through an authorised dealer. This means that your Conover Cable piano is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for twelve years, the bench for one year and the life of the soundboard is guaranteed for seventy-five years. On the rare occasion that there is a problem, Studio19 will cover the cost of repair, including the cost of all parts, freight of parts and labour. If the piano is irreparable, Studio19 Imports will provide a replacement piano (subject to the warranty terms).
